If you recall, this means you may use up to 20 coupons that have a face value of up to 1.98, please note that Harris Teeter has the right to allow "limit" quantity per item. I suggest that you check that lovely dry erase board that is normally at the front entrance of the store.
This past Sunday's newspaper, had some great coupons over$1.00 such as:
